A. IMPORTANT NOTES

  • All fees mentioned above are subject to the 6% Goods and Services Tax.
  • For all categories of registration, the Congress Secretariat will charge the appropriate full rate if the delegate fails to provide the necessary information or proof. Registration will only be confirmed electronically by e-mail upon receipt of FULL PAYMENT.
  • The Registration fees include admission to Main Congress and Trade Exhibition, congress bag (which includes program and abstract books), admission to Welcome Reception, Opening Ceremony and Closing Ceremony, coffee breaks and lunches, but not the Congress Dinner on 24 Nov 2018, optional tours, airport transfer and accommodation.
  • Acceptance of registration is at the sole discretion of the Organiser.
  • * For University Students, to complete the registration, a letter or any documentary proof from the relevant department or learning institution should be submitted to confirm the Student status. The document should be sent to the 12th IDF-WPR Congress 2018 & 10th ASSD Scientific Meeting Secretariat via e-mail at registration@idfwpr2018.com.my or fax to (603) 2161 6560.

B. TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment Terms

  • All payment will be charged in MYR for Malaysians (Local Delegate) and in USD for Overseas Delegate. Overseas delegates can make payment by Credit Card and Telegraphic Transfer. Local Delegates can make payment by Local Cheque, Credit Card, Bank Transfer or Local Order.
  • Please note that all related bank charges, financial charges or credit card handling fee of 5% (subject to 6% GST) are to be borne by the delegates and are not to be deducted from the net fee payable to the congress.
  • Official invoice and receipt will be provided only upon request.
  • Company Cheque (for Local Delegates Only) and Telegraphic Transfer are to be made to the Congress bank account below:

Payment Terms

  • Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of FULL PAYMENT.
  • An e-mail confirming the registration will be sent upon receipt of full payment.
  • Please bring along the email confirmation and present it at the Registration Counter when collecting your delegate badge on the Congress day (actual time and date will be informed in due course by e-mail).
  • For payment made by Local Order (LO), please mail the original LO (Local Order) to the IDF-WPR Secretariat for verification before 1st Nov 2018.

Cancellation

  • Cancellations of registration must be done in writing and submitted to the Congress Secretariat by email at registration@idfwpr2018.com.my.
  • Any cancellation received on or before date (1st Nov 2018) will be charged a handling fee of MYR 120 The balance of the registration fees will be refunded after deducting other related fees and charges incurred in connection with such refunds, including costs of foreign exchange conversion, Credit Card cancellation and/or banking transaction.
  • Paid registration fee is not refundable after 1st Nov 2018 for whatever reasons including failure of obtaining a visa.
  • All refunds will be made in MYR at the prevailing foreign exchange rate.
  • Refund for cancellation will be made within three months after the Congress (from 1st December 2018 onward).

C. LIABILITY

The Organiser reserves the right to make changes, where deemed necessary, with or without prior notice to parties concerned. All disputes are subject to the Malaysian Law. We ask you to kindly authorise us, by your signature, to use all registration data given in this form for computerised handling of the Congress.

We shall therefore only use your name and other information, which relates to you in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy. We will only collect information where it is necessary for us to do so and we will only collect information if it is relevant to our dealings with you.
We will only keep your information for as long as we are either required to by law or as is relevant for the purposes for which it was collected.
